About Indika Circuits
We build circuit boards.
Indika Circuits fabricates printed circuit boards and builds them into finished assemblies, out of Vijayawada, for customers in the USA, Europe and India.
Why we exist
Buying a board badly is easy.
You send a file set out to four addresses and take the cheapest number that comes back. Nobody asks a question about it, which feels like a good sign at the time. Six weeks later the boards arrive on a stack-up you never approved, built to a copper weight nobody mentioned, and the assembly house tells you the pads are wrong. The fab says your Gerbers were wrong. You are now the person in the middle of an argument about a product with your name on it, holding a schedule you can no longer meet.
We have both watched that happen often enough to know it is not really a price problem. It is a problem of nobody owning the thing. Four suppliers each owned a fragment, every fragment was technically correct, and the board still failed. The fix is not a cheaper quote. It is one party who reads your files properly before putting a number on them, controls every step after that, and is still standing there when the box is packed.
That is the company. Lokesh works inside the printed circuit board industry in the United States, which means we did not start this by guessing what a buyer in Chicago or Stuttgart needs. We started it knowing what they ask for, what they get instead, and what it takes on the production side to be the supplier they stop worrying about.
How we work
Your board is not improvised.
Every board we ship is built to a stack-up we agreed with you, a process sheet written for that part number, and an inspection standard you can read. None of it is left to whoever happens to be running the line that week. In practice that comes down to four habits, and they are the whole of it.
The stack-up is approved before any copper is imaged.
We do not assume what you meant by a four layer board. The layer order, the dielectrics, the copper weights and the finished thickness go back to you in writing, with the impedance calculation attached if your design calls for controlled impedance. Nothing gets imaged until that comes back signed. It is a day of patience at the front that removes the most expensive kind of surprise at the end.
One process sheet per part number, and it does not drift.
Drill program, plating cycle, press profile, soldermask and surface finish, stencil and reflow profile: all of it fixed and recorded against your part number the first time we build it. When you reorder in eight months, the tenth lot is built the way the first one was. Repeat orders failing because a supplier quietly changed something is a common story, and it is a story about record keeping, not about skill.
We make it.
The bare board and the populated assembly are both ours. One party owns the stack-up, the build and the test record, so when a question comes up there is nobody else in the room to point at. You get one contact, one schedule and one invoice, and you do not spend your week relaying technical answers between two companies who have never spoken to each other.
The records belong to you.
Ask for the production records on your lot and you get them: travellers, AOI results, electrical test logs, coupon data, X-ray images on the BGAs. Some suppliers treat that as internal paperwork you are not entitled to. We cannot see how that holds up when the product carries your name and your certification, so we send it.
Cheap boards are easy to find. A supplier who tells you the truth about your files before taking your money is not.
Plainly
We are new, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
There is no twenty year reference list on this page because we do not have one, and inventing one would be a strange way to start a relationship built on trusting what we tell you. So here is the honest version of what being new means for you, both ways.
It means we cannot point at four hundred customers and let their logos do the talking. It also means your hundred piece build is not a rounding error on our month. It gets a named owner, a reply the same working day, and the kind of attention that stops being possible once a supplier is large enough not to need you. You deal with the two people making the decisions, not with an account manager relaying them from somewhere else.
The sensible way to handle a new supplier is to not take our word for any of this. Send one prototype lot. Read the DFM report we send back, look at the paperwork, see whether the date we promised is the date you got. Judge us on that, and move something that matters only once we have earned it.
Who you deal with
Two of us. No layers in between.
Indika Circuits was started by the two of us together, so neither of us is the founder and the other the assistant. We split the work down the middle and both our names are on it.
Lokesh Mogilisetti
Production, quoting and the DFM review. Works inside the printed circuit board industry in the United States, which is where the standard we build to comes from.
Tanusha Vutla
Customer accounts and order management. Quotes out, orders in, and the status you get back while a job is on the line.
Either of us reads contact@indikacircuits.com, and the number is +91 83098 64567. If it is easier to talk it through, we will set up a Zoom or Google Meet call at a time that works in your zone.
